These Terms of Service (hereinafter "ToS") define the rules for accessing and using the website haisystems.com (hereinafter "the Site"), operated by HAI SYSTEMS SARL.

Accessing the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these ToS. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site.

3. About HAI SYSTEMS

HAI SYSTEMS is a technology venture studio based in Morocco. We design, develop, and operate digital products in the PropTech, FinTech, MarketTech, and E-commerce sectors.

Our portfolio includes six ventures: DarServices, AtlasGlow, ComptaDialek, CasaSejour, NQA Mobile, and DARNet. Each venture has its own specific terms of service.

4. Site Access

The Site is freely accessible to any user with internet access. HAI SYSTEMS makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous access to the Site but cannot be held responsible for interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure.

5. Usage Rules

The user agrees to:

• Use the Site in accordance with applicable Moroccan law
• Not attempt unauthorized access to HAI SYSTEMS systems
• Not use robots, scrapers, or any automated data collection devices
• Not distribute unlawful, defamatory content or content infringing on third-party rights
• Not transmit viruses or any malicious code

6. Intellectual Property

All Site content (texts, images, logos, graphics, icons, software, source code) is the exclusive property of HAI SYSTEMS or its licensors and is protected by Moroccan and international intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the Site content without prior written authorization from HAI SYSTEMS is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement under Law No. 2-00 on copyright and related rights.

7. Our Ventures

The Site presents ventures developed by HAI SYSTEMS. Each venture (DarServices, AtlasGlow, ComptaDialek, CasaSejour, NQA Mobile, DARNet) is a distinct service with its own terms of service. Using a venture implies acceptance of its specific conditions.

8. Contact Form

The Site features a contact form subject to a rate limiting system (3 messages per hour per IP address). Data collected through this form is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. External Links

The Site may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. HAI SYSTEMS has no control over the content of these sites and disclaims any responsibility for their content or any damages resulting from their use.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. HAI SYSTEMS strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information but does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or permanent availability of the Site.

Under no circumstances shall HAI SYSTEMS be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site, to the extent permitted by Moroccan law.

HAI SYSTEMS processes your personal data in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to personal data processing, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users residing in the European Union.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.

13. Changes to the ToS

HAI SYSTEMS reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Site after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
